Is payment and order processing on the website secure?

Payment processing on our platform is 100% secure thanks to our partnership with Midtrans (#1 payment processor in the world) and 3D secure to prevent fraudulent transactions. We pay a lot of attention to the treatment of personal data, we do not keep your credit card information nor can read them as they are directly passed to Midtrans. When you browse our website the transaction is 100% secure. A lock should be displayed at the bottom of your screen or at the top next to your search bar. Informations shared are then encrypted and will always remain as such.

When is my credit card charged?

Your credit card is debited at the checkout. You will receive an order confirmation email indicating the amount debited to your payment method.

My payment isn’t going through, what can I do?

We are sorry to hear that! If your payment is refused, your order will not be confirmed. We invite you to try again with another payment method or contact your bank for more information. We are also here to help you by email at ecom.bpid@gmail.com

I’d like to use my discount code, how do I add it?

During checkout, you will be able to add your discount code in the tab provided. If you are trying to place an order from your mobile phone, you will need to click on the "details" button at checkout to insert your discount code. Please contact us if you have any problems with your discount code.

I haven't received any order confirmation, what should I do?

After validation and payment of your order, you will receive an email confirming the registration of your order. If you did not receive any, it’s likely that our confirmation email landed in your spam box. Send us a message to ecom.bpid@gmail.com

I have changed my mind, can I cancel my order?

We understand that this can happen. Please email us as soon as possible at ecom.bpid@gmail.com. We will do our best to cancel the order before it is shipped. Orders can only be cancelled before shipment. If the order has already been shipped, a return will be necessary.

How do I receive an invoice for my online purchase?

At Bon Parfumeur, we are committed to doing our best for you and for the planet! As part of this commitment, we have chosen not to send paper invoices in our packages. However, you can obtain an invoice for your order by contacting us by email at ecom.bpid@gmail.com

SHIPPING & RETURNS

How can I track my order?

You can follow the progress of your order thanks to your "Tracking number" communicated by email when confirming the shipment of your order (sometimes confirmation emails are delayed or filtered to avoid spam, but this should be easy to solve). With this number you will be able to connect to the postal service website and track your parcel. If your Tracking Number does not work you can contact us at ecom.bpid@gmail.com for more information.

I did not receive any shipping confirmation email, what can I do?

If you did not receive any confirmation email it is possible that our emails have been delayed or filtered by your mailbox to avoid spam. Please contact us at ecom.bpid@gmail.com to learn more about your shipment.

My order has been delivered to the wrong address, what should I do?

Send us an email as soon as possible to ecom.bpid@gmail.com. We will do our best to find a solution.

What is your exchange policy

1. Product exchange policy within 7 days of purchase by including an unboxing video.

2. Products can be exchanged if they are received in a defective/damaged condition, and as they were at the time of purchased.

OUR PERFUMES

What are the top, heart and base notes?

Perfumes are designed according to an olfactory pyramid:

  • Top notes: These are the first scents you smell when you spray a perfume. They are often quite fresh and evaporate quite quickly on your skin (a few minutes).

  • Heart notes: They appear as the head evaporates. They will stay with you for a few hours.

  • The base notes: This is the scent that you smell at the end of the day and that is absorbed by your clothes. It includes less volatile raw materials such as woods. Want to know more? Find our guide to know everything about the different types of notes.

Where are Bon Parfumeur products made?

All our products are designed, developed and produced in France.

Are your products tested on animals?

No, we do not conduct any animal testing. Bon Parfumeur is committed to promote the animal's well being. Therefore we do not ask our partners to conduct animal testing either. Animal testing is also forbidden in the European Union and no longer mandatory in China. You know our commitment to the environment. Since day 1 we stand strongly against animal testing and decided not to sell our products on markets where it is mandatory.

What is the best way to apply perfume?

Yours! The art of perfuming is quite personal, but here are a few tips. Perfume will last longer on the warmest parts of your skin. We suggest your neck, behind your ears, or on your wrists. Some people prefer to perfume their clothes, this works too! Have you ever tried to layer perfumes?

How long can I keep my perfume?

Perfumery professionals all agree that a fragrance doesn’t really have a date after which it can no longer be used. However, to ensure a unique olfactory experience for perfume lovers, most fragrance houses choose to include a use-by date on the packaging. Sometimes found on the bottom of the bottle, this date is usually 30 months. There’s no need for perfume addicts to worry: the bottle tends to empty much more quickly than that! Are there any synthetic ingredients? Could they be bad for my health?

Our perfumers will always work with the best natural ingredients available but may also use safe synthetics. Some raw materials are too allergenic, and some notes do not exist in nature. Each ingredient has been carefully selected to meet the highest health and safety standards. It is also sometimes wise not to exhaust the reserves of our dear planet and to use a synthetic ingredient that is olfactively very close.
