REFUND POLICY

If you wish to return or exchange your order for any reason, we are here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. You may return your product for a credit store, another product or a reimbursement based on your original method of payment.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Returned items must have the purchase label and be returned in their original packaging.

  • Returned items must show no visible signs of wear or use.

To initiate a return or exchange, please send an email to contact@bonparfumeur.com with the following information:

  1. Your order number

  2. The reason for the return or exchange

  3. he action requested between the return or exchange

  4. Print the prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email.

  5. Return all items to us using the label provided.

Additional Information:

  • Refunds are processed within two business days.

  • Once processed, refunds may take up to seven business days to appear on your bank statement.

  • Any shipping charges paid by the customer cannot be refunded.
